Privacy Policy

You may visit this website anonymously. The website collects your name, address, phone number and email when proceeding with an online purchase. This personal information is stored securely in a database, kept purely for the purposes of completing the order, and will not be passed on to any third parties other than the relevant shipping company for delivering your order (Australia Post or DHL). Credit card transactions are processed securely and no card details are stored. By using this site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

This website uses cookies only to associate your computer with a shopping cart, to allow you to create orders. Cookies are not used for any analytics or advertising purposes, and no third-party cookies are used.

Payment and Delivery Information

Payment is normally taken when an order is placed on the web store. At this point a Proforma Invoice may be supplied by request. A Tax Invoice (for Australian orders) or a Commercial Invoice (for international orders) is included with every order shipment, and an electronic copy may be requested by email. Orders must be paid in full before dispatch. Any orders with customised or build-to-order products must be paid in full when the order is placed (prior to production commencing).

For orders within Australia we ship via Express Post, which takes 1-2 business days in transit and costs AU$9 for shipping weights up to 500g and a flat rate of AU$14 above 500g. For international orders, we ship via DHL which usually takes 3-5 business days and costs $40 for the first 500g and $10 per extra 500g. (The same rate is offered for all countries.)

Warranty and Returns

Any normally stocked (not built-to-order) items unused and in as-new condition may be returned within 1 month for a full refund, minus any shipping costs, no questions asked. Full refunds are also offered during the first month for any products with major defects or faults.

All products are covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects or failures under normal operating conditions. Warranty coverage requires products to be returned for testing to confirm the fault, and products are repaired where possible or replaced only if repair is not viable. For any faulty items outside the warranty period, we will try to repair as economically as possible (charged at AU$80/hr in 30min increments) and can provide a quote before proceeding. Please contact us to discuss all warranty claims, returns and repairs before shipping items back.

For European customers

We can ship products to Europe but please note that our products have not gone through CE compliance or EMC testing, as the cost is prohibitively high for such low volume products primarily sold into markets that do not require it (AU & USA). In some countries and for some applications, this may prevent our products from being used, such as when re-licensing an EV conversion. Please check with regulatory bodies in your country to confirm requirements before ordering.
