Changed your mind?

You are welcome to return any products purchased from ZEVA for a full refund (minus shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase date - no questions asked.

Items returned as such must be 100% complete and in as-new condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return or to charge a 10% restocking fee on any return which does not meet these conditions.

Feel free to contact us regarding returns beyond this 30 day period. We try to be accomodating.

Warranty Returns

If an item purchased from ZEVA fails under normal use within its warranty period (12 months on most products), you are probably eligible for a warranty replacement. In such cases, please contact us to discuss your return and organise RMA authority.

Warranty replacements are subject to manufacturer's stipulations on normal use, which generally does not cover failure due to misuse or accidental damage.
