MC600S Motor Controller |
72-144V 600A controller for Series DC motors. This is an effective, economical and Australian-made alternative to similar controllers from Curtis, Logisystems and Kelly. It uses the latest in semiconductor devices for efficient operation and is microprocessor controlled for smooth performance and reliable operation. It features compact case dimensions with built-in heatsink for convection cooling. Optional cooling fan attaches to the heatsink for higher sustained power.

Electric Vehicle Management System (EVMS) v1.1 |
As used by the WA Electric Vehicle Trial vehicles and now available to the public, this device ties together several common functions needed by every EV including BMS master unit functionality (with charger control and throttle cutout), contactor control including staged precharge on main contactor and management of auxillary contactor(s), safety features such as charge/drive interlock, and a multi-colour status light for the dash plus warning buzzer for driver feedback. A great device to improve the safety, reliability and maintainability of your EV.

Fuel Gauge Driver |
The original ZEVA Fuel Gauge Driver and a world first; this device offers an elegantly simple solution for monitoring the state-of-charge of your EV's battery pack, re-using the vehicle's original fuel gauge. As well simplifying installation, the original fuel gauge provides the most intuitive feedback for drivers. It is compatible with any vehicle which originally used a resistive fuel level sensor, and is adjustable for battery pack capacities between around 5 - 200Ah

Fuel Gauge Driver Plus |
Building on the success of the original FGD, this device can also use a vehicle's factory tachometer to display current flow out of your battery pack (giving an indication of instantaneous power). It is compatible with all electric vehicles with battery packs between around 5 - 200Ah, and those which originally had 4, 6 or 8-cylinder engines.

Automatic Precharger |
Motor controllers for electric vehicles typically have a large internal capacitance with very low ESR (equivalent series resistance). As such they require inrush protection when first turned on to prevent a large current spike which can damage components – most commonly, welding contactors shut. This device offers automatic staged precharging, first enabling a resistive pathway to slowly charge the controller (takes 1-2 seconds) before the main contactor closes.

Digital Pot Adapter |
Many legacy motor controllers require a 0-5Kohm (2-wire) resistive-type throttle, which usually restricts users to throttles based on potentiometers. Unfortunately potentiometers often wear out and become unreliable in time, so in recent years the EV industry has been migrating to the higher reliability of Hall Effect throttles. Based around a digital potentiometer, this device is designed to interface hall effect throttles with legacy controllers requiring 0-5kohm throttle inputs.
